Annotation: The National Air Traffic Controllers Association created this website as a memorial to September 11th. It has many of the same features as other sites including memorials to those who died, patriotic music, links to other memorial sites, and photographs. There are some different aspects to this memorial too. It has an area of recorded dispatch messages collected by a ham radio operator, several cartoon galleries, a list of men wanted in connection with the attacks, which includes their photographs, and several letters of support from around the world. These letters offer not only sympathy but also congratulate the air traffic controllers on the job that they did landing thousands of planes safely after the hijackings.
Excerpt: This section is going to be my way of working through this tragedy. It can be a sort of online scrap book, and everyone is welcome to send in images, or stories you would like us to save online....
